Anne’s licencing for Hordle Parish

Thank you to all who supported Anne at her final service and following farewell tea, on Sunday 12th January and you’re invited to add to your diary a date for the licensing service for Anne’s new role! This will take place on Sunday 9th February at 4pm, to be held at All Saints Church, Hordle.

We are so grateful for all the work that she has done, and delighted that a nearby community will be able to benefit from her ministry too.

Are these long cold dark January evenings making you feel a bit gloomy?  One of our congregation Pam  may have an answer. Pam has been given some beautiful 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzles in excellent condition to sell in aid of St Marks Church. If you are interested please contact Pam on 01590 672628.

Re-gifting Christmas?

Did you receive something for Christmas that sadly, you didn’t need?  Too many pairs of socks? Why not bring your unwanted Christmas present to St Marks – where others can perhaps appreciate a late Christmas present, for a donation towards the work we do at St Mark’s! Please speak to Paul or email ‘’ for further details.

Dates for your diary in 2020…

There are a few more eco-friendly events coming up soon at the Lymington Community Centre…

Saturday 14th March – the Jean Genie up-cycling event where there will have a table of jeans, fabrics, beads, buttons, ribbons and more… and invite people to come and use sewing machines and make something useful and beautiful!
