In order to grow to be strong and healthy seeds need good soil, feeding and watering. In the same way children need comfort and love in order to develop into the people God made them to be. As we plant seeds we pray that children will have all they need to grow well.

At the end of the day, take a glass bowl and fill with water; get yourself into a calm frame of mind, perhaps with music.
We all work in different ways and engage with different mediums: if writing isn’t your thing, why not collect photos and imagery that is powerful to you? Photos of loved ones, places you’ve visited, special memories – and collect in a scrap book? You can then flick through and use these as an aide for prayer!
