We all work in different ways and engage with different mediums: if writing isn’t your thing, why not collect photos and imagery that is powerful to you? Photos of loved ones, places you’ve visited, special memories – and collect in a scrap book? You can then flick through and use these as an aide for prayer!

Prayers given on our Morning Praise service on the Second Sunday after Trinity, with a focus on the work undertaken by the Childrens Society.
What are your first memories of your childhood? Did you feel safe; have fun; feel loved? For many children today, they can’t answer yes to all three – let alone just one. With 4.1 million children living in poverty, the risk of sexual abuse and mental difficulties highlight the importance of charities – such as the Children’s Society.
How did you revise for your exams at school, college or university? Some find making notes on catalogue cards an aide, noting down key points of revision onto these cards as a cue.
