Todays advent calendar board has been decorated by Pennington Village Pre School and our story is A Surprise for Zechariah – read by Mrs Clayton-Smith, one of the teachers at Pennington Junior School.
Sunday the 29th November is the the first Sunday of Advent – and for our 10am service today St Thomas’ lead, overcoming some technical difficulties! St Mark’s provide the music, prayers and sermon – ably presented by George Kidner, on the Bishops Permission to Preach course from Winchester Diocese.
