At the end of the day, take a glass bowl and fill with water; get yourself into a calm frame of mind, perhaps with music.
Now, using a dry-wipe or felt-tip pen, write down on small discs of plastic (discarded packaging works very well!) the troubles you’ve had in your day; the mistakes you’ve made; the fears that hold you back.
Now, wash these clean in the bowl you have in front of you, asking for God’s help to put these negative aspects behind you.
