LymYoga classes are of a slower pace, using hatha yoga principals and poses.
Sometimes these are combined into a slow vinyasa flow yoga to help mobility of joints, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Classes are set to gentle relaxing music and are suitable for all abilities, with a short relaxation at the end of each session. We pride ourselves on being friendly and welcoming, give yourself permission to make time for yourself.
